Kei, Feather and Tash

Where ya'll at? I haven't spoken to ya in two days. How's everything going? I decided I'm going to exercise every other day, that way... i am in the gym 3-4 times a week, depending on the week. This weeks schedule Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Next week Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. I'm so amped! I'll do that for about a month, to get myself back in the swing of things. And if I feel the need to increase it to 4 - 5 times a week, I will.

Kei, I hope you are winning the fight against caramel apples. I donated a dollar to the cause last week. *LOL*

  • Hey DBS, I'm here. I had a rushed day yesterday. But I didn't cheat. I ate small varied foods and NO, NO carmel apples though they seem to call me.

    I'm up and guess who ate breakfast ( I know, Iknow, it's 11:30, but I don't normally eat until 2 or 3)

    I'm definatelly missing the boards. I feel out of the loop.

  • i'm here too...i've just been handling "bitness"-you know what i mean...lol-i haven't cheated-been staying on track-not weighing myself...im gonna start the "get my metabolism going" thing...where i eat healthy-no breads (white stuff) for two weeks, then take a 2 day break and eat whatever i want (small meals still-i want my stomach to shrink), then eat healthy again for 2 weeks...etc...what do you think? i'll let you know how it works...

  • Yeah, let us. I just find it hard to do personally. I'm real interesed in knowing if that works, cuz it sounds like you get your body used to something, then shock it and then start the process over again. That might be a little hard on you ... so be careful. Make sure to talk to your doctor about that too.

  • Well, guess who's in the hizhouse!!! I have been doing good to ya'll. Been walking to work from my car. Both ways, which is about a mile and a half walk. Woo hoo! Been working out. Doing some dancing and eliptical. I like to mix it up. I haven't been eating after 7:30 I've have stuck to that. No white carbs. So I'm on track too. Been pulling clothes out my closet. So that's a good sign too. Let's keep it up. Oh yeah and hubby just bought me Billy Blanks Bootcamp. Yes!!!
